Don't select the table with Select All.

Click on the first cell you want to change, then hold the shift key
and click on the last cell you want to change.

Once the range of cells is selected, then edit the table options.

Not sure why Select All doesn't work with this. (But I'm presuming
it's because Yojimbo believe that non-table information is selected
and therefore it locks out the table editing options.)
